Hey everybody!! It's been a while since I last updated you guys. Let's see.... a lot has happened this year. I've just recently bought myself a new Nikon camera that's 10.1 MP, it has the same MP as my Canon, but better lens and more features. (I'm so proud too because I paid for it with my own money).

I've also got addicted to Hayao Miyazaki animations such as Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, and Princess Mononoke... just to name a few. My friend, who was born and raised in Japan, got me interested in them, and you must watch them!!! You'll fall in love, I promise you.

My parents bought a store as of January 1st, 2009. It's doing well and i love meeting new people.

I have been doing some volunteer work lately. My school allows me to do so because it is Lasallian. My school has Venaver trips where students get to experience social justice. This time around, my school for the first time, is doing Venaver Napa, where we meet and work with migrant farm workers for a day. It is really interesting, and I will hopefully take some photos (like photojournalism). I am the only one allowed out of the whole group to take photos because we don't want the migrant workers to feel uncomfortable for fear of getting caught. I feel very privileged to do this because not many people get to experience something so moving.

Gossip Girl is getting more interesting. More drama, and thankfully it's not my life.

I was featured in a magazine for being in Civil AIr Patrol. You can see my article in "Emma at Home." I'm wearing my uniform.
